Tools for Creating and Organizing Knowledge

My tools to manage thoughts, knowledge, project files and reference materials is constantly moving. Sometimes I get a feeling of being an idiot who spends way too much time working on his systems instead of just getting shit done. That’s when I start to ponder what I could consolidate and dream of the perfect solution to rule them all.

So while trying (and falling in love with) Milanote I just used it to get a better picture of the features and primary purposes of the tools I’m currently using for Writing, Note-Taking and PKM (personal knowledge management).

Here’s the current state of these considerations.

Did you try on desktop or mobile? Should be working on desktop without any app.

Works for me when incognito. Login modal opens when I try to interact with something.
